Terms and Conditions for Room Bookings 1.How to make a reservation Simply return the booking form to us duly completed. 2.Changes to my reservation Please inform Learning South West of any alterations to numbers either by email or telephone. 3.Cancelling my event After you have submitted the booking form the following charges will apply. In each case the percentage charge applies to the room hire only. For cancellations between 24 – 12 weeks prior to the event 25% For cancellations between 12 – 6 weeks prior to the event 50% For cancellations less than 6 weeks prior to the event 100% 4.Fire Safety Please ensure that you complete the Fire Safety leaflet which requires you to list all the names of those attending your meeting. 5.Access Bishop Hull House is not open until 8.30 a.m. (weekdays). However, if you would like earlier access please let Steven Moore know and he will attempt to make a special arrangement for earlier access. As part of this special arrangement, please give the name of the person(s) who is arriving early.
