Organisational Support

TAILORED SUPPORT

The Regional Youth Work Unit is able to provide tailored packages of consultancy, advice and guidance to youth work providers and commissioners across the South West in order to assist organisations in ensuring that their offer to young people is up to date, relevant and of high quality. We can work with you on anything from staff development days through short term reviews to long term interventions to help you implement new policies and processes

We have a team of associates and staff with a depth of knowledge and experience of work with young people, organisational development and the policy context for youth work. Youth Work Members of Learning South West can access a number of free support days as part of their membership package, and our daily rates for support are extremely reasonable, reflecting the need for youth work organisations to get best value. Listed below is a selection of reviews and reports produced by the RYWU, and contact gill_millar@learning-southwest.org.uk if you would like to discuss a consultancy project for your organisation.
