What Our Customers Said

According to Steve Baber, who works for North Somerset Council our central location in the region, excellent transport links and “superb facilities” make us an ideal and convenient meeting location. Steve has been using our facilities for meetings and training with regional colleagues for more than four years in his capacity as Chair and Convener of the South West  Regional CPD Adviser Network for Children and Young People’s Services

Steve Baber says Bishops Hull House offers "superb facilities"

David Hughston, CPD Adviser for Swindon Borough Council, and a member of the Network endorsed Steve’s views: “I really enjoy coming to meetings at Bishops Hull House. The facilities are good, parking plentiful, staff friendly and the food is fantastic. I would recommend this venue to anybody. It’s cost effective and easy to find.”

So what is it that is so different about Bishop’s Hull House?  Hilary Todd, of the Skills and Learning Intelligence Module, has been organising the meetings of the Regional Skills Partnership’s Research Forum here for some years.  According to Hilary it is the person to person contact that Learning South West staff provide and the conducive atmosphere that a large comfortable house with a beautiful garden creates.

Simon Mauger, NIACE, Regional Development Officer South West, said: "Thank you for your support at the four seminars held at Bishops Hull House over the past few months. It has been first-rate, always helpful and flexible, with the resources and refreshments of a high quality. A  common feature in our evaluations is the appreciation of the quality of venue. To many delegates Learning South West is already known, but it was clear that to those who had not visited before, Bishops Hull House is an oasis in these parched times!"

With testimonials like these we are very proud of the service we offer and look forward to welcoming old and new customers throughout 2011!
