Teaching and Learning 14-16: What's the difference? We can be aware that colleagues are under too much pressure, but how do we raise the subject if we think their health and work are beginning to suffer - and how do we provide support? This introduction to stress management will enable participants to recognise signs and symptoms more clearly, and consider strategies for managing stress effectively. For all who need to be able to recognise and address stress in themselves and/or their colleagues Course accreditation (optional):* this course is accredited through the Chartered Institute of Environmental Health (CIEH) and successful completion will provide attendees with a nationally recognised certificate.
